  • Part-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) PRN to join our dynamic behavioral health team.
In this vital role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to implement personalized behavior intervention plans. Your enthusiasm and compassion will help foster meaningful progress and improve the quality of life for our clients. This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to make a positive impact while maintaining a work-life balance. As an RBT PRN, you will play a key role in delivering evidence-based behavioral therapy using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques in various settings, including homes, clinics, and community environments. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Use applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Collect and record data on client progress accurately and consistently to inform treatment adjustments. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, and toileting, promoting independence. Support clients during teaching sessions and therapeutic activities designed for children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding medical records and documentation. Collaborate with team members to develop, review, and update care plans tailored to each individual's needs. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent care delivery. Document all sessions thoroughly in medical records using appropriate medical terminology and documentation standards. Promote positive behavior management techniques that foster a safe and supportive environment. Requirements Must have an active RBT certification . Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are essential. A compassionate attitude combined with patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching others will help you succeed in this rewarding position.
