Behavior Technician (Early Career RBT Track with Supervision & Growth)

A Leap Beyond Autism Services (ALBA) is seeking Behavior Technicians with 0-12 months of experience who are ready to grow into strong, confident RBTs. This role focuses on skill development, supervision, and clinical consistency —not just working hours. What You'll Do Work directly with clients under BCBA supervision Implement behavior intervention plans Run skill acquisition programs Collect and record session data Write structured session notes (SOAP format) Participate in: Peer session reviews Mock competency assessments Ongoing feedback and coaching What We're Looking For 0-1 year of ABA or related experience Basic understanding of behavior principles (preferred) Desire for coaching, feedback, and growth Professional communication and reliability What Makes This Role Different Structured onboarding and performance system Strong BCBA supervision and mentorship Clear path to certification (if not already certified) Focus on quality and skill-building , not just hours Growth Path Strengthen foundational skills Complete or maintain RBT certification Advance to higher-level cases or senior roles Work Environment In-home Clinic School Community-based services
