Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$80,000-$100,000 with bonus potential CME/CEU reimbursement and expense account 401(k) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Supportive workload with consistent, full-time schedules Opportunities for professional growth and advancement What You'll Do Provide high-quality clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs and clients Lead training, coaching, and development of RBTs and ABA staff Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior plans Conduct functional assessments/analyses and monitor progress Deliver model teaching and hands-on clinical support Collaborate with families, community partners, and internal team members Maintain accurate documentation and complete notes within required timeframes Stay up-to-date with ABA research and continuing education (CEUs required every 2 years) This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful clinical impact, career stability, and a positive team culture.
