Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team at Klubhouse Therapy Services. In this vital role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to implement personalized behavior intervention plans. Your enthusiasm and compassion will help foster meaningful progress, support independence, and improve quality of life for those you serve. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, toileting, and other self-care routines Collect and document data on client behaviors, progress, and responses accurately to inform ongoing treatment plans Support teaching strategies designed to enhance communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and handling medical records securely Collaborate with team members to develop and update care plans tailored to each individual's needs Provide patient-centered care in a compassionate manner, ensuring a positive and safe environment for clients during therapy sessions Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles is highly desirable Familiarity with ABA terminology, documentation procedures, and data collection is a plus Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to track client progress effectively Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team focused on behavioral health and special education goals Excellent communication skills with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards clients and their families Join us in making a difference! $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
