Registered Behavior Technician RBT ABA Technician -- Morrow

As a pediatric therapy company, Hearts and Hands Therapy Services offers a full spectrum of services including physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis for children from birth through their 21st birthday. HHTS is a multi-disciplinary practice with a collaborative environment. We empower each other, our families, and every child through our work ethic and core values each and every day. Our RBTs work in small teams led by a BCBA who provides leadership and collaboration for excellent service to our patients. We have clinic based positions and we are launching a home/community health based ABA program as well. Please indicate if you are seeking a clinic or community position, or open to both. Community positions are eligible for a +$3 an hour rate increase for services rendered in the community or home. Pay Structure:

Pay-per-service compensation: RBTs are typically compensated for each billable hour of service provided to clients.

Pay range:

$25

50 per treatment hour, depending on RBT certification, experience, and on the job performance. Training period may be paid at a different rate. If not a BACB certified Registered Behavior Technician, training and certification is available at a reduced rate per hour. Ask about BT positions and RBT classes.

RBT job expectations:

Provide one on one (1:1) clinic or home-based (as needed) Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Conduct discrete and natural environment trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy Maintain a safe and clean environment Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors Be able to work with a variety of therapists including OT, PT, and SLPs in a professional manner Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work Complete daily session notes in a timely and thorough manner Attend and participate in additional trainings or meetings Maintain all materials necessary to uphold your RBT certification Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions. Must have own transportation and be able to reliably report to the clinic on time, and ready to conduct therapy sessions with clients.
