Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with skill development in activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, hygiene, feeding, and other self-care tasks Lead in-clinic sessions that promote communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors Collect data using a HIPPA approved electronic data collection system and write daily session notes. Collaborate with the BCBA and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies and progress tracking Follow all safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure patient care quality and confidentiality at all times Requirements Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or working with children with developmental disabilities is highly preferred Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and experience assisting with ADLs Excellent data collection skills to track client progress accurately Compassionate attitude with patience for working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with other behavioral health needs Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required Join us to help empower individuals to reach their full potential while advancing your career in a rewarding field dedicated to making a positive impact every day.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
