About Us At A Brighter Alternative ABA, we provide compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism throughout Georgia. Our mission is to create a better experience for both families and clinicians by focusing on meaningful clinical support, manageable caseloads, and high-quality care. We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Cordele
GA 31015
Position Overview As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow within a supportive and mission-driven ABA company. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required Qualifications Active RBT certification required Experience working with children preferred Reliable transportation required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team CPR certification preferred What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Supportive clinical and administrative team Opportunities for growth within the company Meaningful work that makes a real difference for families Job Type Partime/Full time In-home ABA services Schedule 30-35 hours per week Apply Today We are looking for clinicians who truly care about helping children and families thrive.
