JOB DESCRIPTION

Work In Center Monday - Friday 8:15am-4:45pm Guaranteed Hours! Opportunities to work with in-home 5 times per week, from 4:30pm - 6:30pm Client material creation and preparation Rotating clients using block schedules with 4-hour sessions Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games) Record client data into a data collection program Convert appointments into billing Write detailed SOAP notes Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA Attend weekly performance goal meetings with CEO Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities Attend Monthly field trips with clients Cleaning duties

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma (College Degree preferred) Hold an active RBT certification (preferred) No criminal background Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
