Monday -Friday 8:00 Am -12:30PM. In this role, you will work closely with one adult with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster meaningful progress, improve quality of life, and promote positive behavioral changes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference while gaining valuable experience in behavioral health and special education. Duties Implement evidence-based ABA therapy techniques to support clients' developmental goals Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions accurately and consistently Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene routines Support the development and execution of personalized care plans in collaboration with supervising clinicians Use behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards Communicate effectively with families, team members, and other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care delivery Requirements Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and behavioral therapy techniques Ability to collect detailed data and maintain accurate medical records and documentation Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health settings Compassionate attitude with excellent patience, communication skills, and teamwork abilities Commitment to ongoing professional development in special education, behavior management, and HIPAA compliance Ability to work with other disciplines such as PT/OT and Speech Join us in creating a supportive environment where every individual can thrive!
