Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic educational environment working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a contract basis. This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide vital behavioral support services to students and collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals. Contribute your expertise to help foster positive student outcomes as you work in a supportive school setting.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children or adolescents, preferably in a school environment Ability to implement behavior intervention plans accurately, following direction from supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with students, staff, and families Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines Must be reliable, organized, and adaptable
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collect and record data on student progress and behavior Maintain open communication with supervising BCBAs and participate in team meetings Assist teachers and school staff in implementing behavioral strategies to support classroom success Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required
