Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Clinical Director

Job Summary We are a growing, clinic-based ABA provider seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director - BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to help be a part of our expansion and build and shape a team at our location in the greater Atlanta area.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the leader of our center Supervise, coach and mentor BCBA's Drive team performance, culture, and outcomes Collaborate with parents and caregivers Guiding tours with prospective client families

Qualifications:

Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. Strong experience in center-based ABA Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, intake assessments, and patient assessments within a clinical setting. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, medical terminology, and electronic medical records systems. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise clinical staff effectively while promoting teamwork. Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with families, healthcare providers, educators, and team members.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
