- We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Autism Behavior Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- The Board Certified Autism Behavior Technician will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies
- Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions
- Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA
Experience:
- The Board Certified Autism Behavior Technician requires prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Certified Autism Behavior Technicians will need the ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
- Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus
