Overview We are seeking a bilingual ( English and Spanish) compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with behavioral challenges. This role is essential in providing support and guidance to improve the quality of life for our clients and their families through effective behavioral therapy techniques. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA. Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals. Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home, school, or community environments. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive information. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to behavioral health.
Requirements:
Registered Behavior Technician Certification. Spanish-speaking required Experience in behavioral health or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and data collection methods. Previous experience in special education or working with children is highly desirable.
