Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings preferred Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff Adaptable, patient, and compassionate approach to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 behavioral support to students in alignment with treatment plans Work with small groups, implementing behavior intervention programs Collect and document behavioral data daily Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and classroom aides Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and adjust interventions as needed Support students in achieving social, behavioral, and academic goals This is a contract opportunity in a middle school classroom staffed by a dynamic team of professionals.
