Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities!
As an RBT, you'll be at the forefront of providing one-on-one behavior therapy services under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). If you're passionate about helping others and crave a rewarding career, this role is perfect for you! We offer extensive training and the support you need to get certified. All we ask is that you love children, come willing to learn and with a heart for serving these amazing families!
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly valued Excellent communication skills and a strong team player Ability to pass a background check with flying colors
  • Responsibilities:
  • Implement creative and engaging behavior intervention plans crafted by the BCBA Capture detailed data on client progress with accuracy and enthusiasm Deliver impactful one-on-one behavior therapy services with passion and dedication Collaborate closely with the BCBA and team members to drive successful treatment outcomes Uphold strict confidentiality and abide by professional and ethical standards always •
