As an RBT, you'll be at the forefront of providing one-on-one behavior therapy services under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). • Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly valued Excellent communication skills and a strong team player Ability to pass a background check with flying colors
