We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinic team in Aiea, Hawaii. Position Overview:

As a full-time RBT, you will provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs in our clinic setting. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting Collect and record accurate data on client progress Collaborate with BCBAs and team members Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines Communicate effectively with caregivers as directed by supervisors

Qualifications:

Current RBT certification (required) Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and professional Ability to pass background check High school diploma required; related degree preferred
