We are a clinic-based ABA organization dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based services to children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Your expertise will drive positive behavioral change, promote skill acquisition, and enhance overall quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, oversee, and modify individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and ongoing progress monitoring. Supervise and train behavior technicians and other team members to ensure fidelity of treatment implementation. Collect, analyze, and interpret client behavior data to inform clinical decisions and measure treatment effectiveness. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate consistent support across environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records, and ensure HIPAA compliance in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Lead intake assessments for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of medical history, developmental profile, and behavioral health needs. Requirements Valid BCBA certification with current certification status recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Valid Hawaii State Licensure. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, HIPAA regulations, and medical documentation practices. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers. Ability to perform patient care duties including behavioral health assessments and intake procedures. Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards in clinical practice and confidentiality.
