Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) The Behavior Place - Maui, HI Part-Time | Afternoons (3:00pm-6:00pm, Tues-Thurs) Looking for consistent, structured afternoon hours? The Behavior Place is a teen-focused social and life skills center providing small-group, evidence-based ABA services for adolescents with special needs. Our programs focus on social communication, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and vocational readiness. This position is designed as a high-quality supplemental role with predictable weekly hours in a professional clinic setting.

Responsibilities Implement Behavior Intervention and Treatment Plans Facilitate structured, group-based ABA sessions Support social, communication, and vocational skill development Collect accurate session data and complete SOAP notes Maintain a calm, professional learning environment Collaborate with the supervising BCBA Maintain all required professional certifications Qualifications Active RBT certification (required) Experience working with school-aged children and adolescents preferred Strong reliability and punctuality Professional communication skills Ability to follow clinical direction precisely Ability to pass a background check

Pay:

$32.00 - $35.00 per hour
