BCBA -
Board Certified Behavior Analysis Position:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About us: Join our team at Hills and Dales, a non-profit organization dedicated to building meaningful lives for people with disabilities. HillsDales Autism Program is currently seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA is responsible for planning, administering, implementing, and evaluating infants, children and young adults, ages birth to adult, for all ASD programs and services within HillsDales Autism Services Program.
Responsibilities:
Complete Client Functional Analysis/Assessment/Interventions Coordinate daily operations of work sites to ensure client safety and programming needs are met; ensures staffing is at necessary levels to meet quality standards. Provide leadership and supervision, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Write assessments and recommended behavior support plan components to interdisciplinary team as applicable Ensure behavior support plans and support services provided are in compliance with Individual Care Plans, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Assure Documentation of services is completed. Obtain required Re-authorizations with insuranceMCOs as needed. Plan day-to-day activities and communicates to others Conduct audits and reviews to ensure quality of service and consistency of policies as well as assesses the changing needs of clients.
Requirements:
Certified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) at the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) level or higher (Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctorate). Minimum of two years experience resulting in a well-established clinical background in the treatment of children with Autism or Autism Spectrum Disorder. Knowledgeable in area of school curriculum, especially Strategies for Teaching Based on Autism Research (STAR). Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Valid driver's license.

Compensation:
Pay is based on experience, education, and any previous loyalty to H&D. Offer of Employment Offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of criminal background checks and drug screening. Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
