ICare Therapy's mission is to deliver the highest level of care by offering the latest ABA therapy curriculum, leveraging best care management technology, and providing top-level personal support to both therapy recipients and their families.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a caseload of children with autism spectrum disorder, oversee treatment teams, and ensure data‑driven clinical excellence. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design individualized behavior plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate closely with caregivers and multidisciplinary partners. The ideal candidate is a compassionate leader who pairs rigorous analytical skills with a family‑centered mindset. You thrive on coaching others, turning data into actionable insights, and driving measurable progress for every client. Responsibilities Clinical Assessment & Planning
  • Perform FBAs and skill assessments; create and update behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals. Supervision & Training
  • Provide competency‑based coaching to RBTs/BTs; model best practices and ensure procedural fidelity. Data‑Driven Program Management
  • Review session data weekly, adjust programs, and maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines. Family & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Deliver parent training, coordinate with SLPs/OTs/educators, and communicate progress to funding sources. Quality & Compliance
  • Uphold BACB Ethics Code and state regulations; participate in audits and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. 2+ years supervising ABA services for individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities. Demonstrated proficiency with evidence‑based teaching methods (DTT, NET, Verbal Behavior) and digital data platforms (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink). Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to train and motivate multidisciplinary teams. Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass background checks and health clearances. How to
