We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help improve clients' quality of life by applying evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA). You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care that fosters meaningful progress and independence. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis principles to promote positive behaviors. Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure consistent delivery of interventions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and facilitate effective communication. Maintain detailed medical records, ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and document all patient interactions thoroughly. Conduct intake assessments for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and comprehensive understanding of each individual's needs. Experience Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. Certification as a BCBA from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards. Experience conducting patient assessments, intake procedures, and behavioral health evaluations. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining patience and compassion for clients with diverse needs.
