We are an outpatient pediatric therapy practice with locations in the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley, providing speech, occupational, physical, and mental health services, along with behavioral and developmental support. What you'll do: Direct Therapy Provide direct ABA during 1:1 session with clients Responsible for the design, implementation, and monitoring of all facets of intervention for all assigned clients under guidance of DDA Administrator Attend and actively participate in parent team meetings, IEP meetings, trainings and other meetings as requested Ensure safety of clients, self, and others at all times Assessments/Data Collection Complete initial assessments and authorization reports in timely manner Assist with functional analyses and skills/developmental assessments Create data sheets to monitor progress and behaviors as needed Revise and update client programming and behavior intervention plans in a timely fashion under guidance of DDA Administrator Oversight/Supervision Design and ensure the implementation of behavior intervention plans Provide and document training and required supervision of RBTs Consistently work to improve delivery of quality of therapy services What you'll bring Master's Degree in ABA Prior leadership experience preferred Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA) Strong organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks
