Job Description

Looking for a part-time role that's meaningful, active, and genuinely rewarding? Buitron Behavioral Health is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year for Behavior Interventionists (BIs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This is not an immediate opening — positions begin Fall 2026, with paid training provided before working directly with clients so you feel confident and supported from day one. What You'll Love About This Role You won't be stuck behind a desk. Your days will be active, engaging, and impactful as you work 1:1 with clients in center-based and community settings , helping them build real-life skills and confidence. Schedule (Part-Time) After School Hours (Monday-Thursday): End of school day - approximately 6:30
PM Full Day Fridays:
8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Additional hours available during school breaks and summer What You'll Do Provide 1:1 support in center and community environments Implement Behavior Intervention Plans with consistency and care Support skill development through structured and natural interactions Collect and track data on client progress Communicate with supervisors and collaborate as a team Ensure safety while creating a positive, engaging environment Qualifications Behavior Interventionist (BI): Bachelor's degree in a human services field (psychology, education, social work, or related) Minimum of 1 year of verified experience working with children with disabilities Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Current RBT certification preferred Additional Requirements (All Applicants): Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass a background check through the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW) Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Commitment to participating in monthly trainings and supervision Strong communication skills and ability to follow structured plans Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Why You'll Love Working at BBH ✔ Paid training before working with clients ✔ Consistent part-time schedule with built-in Fridays ✔ Supportive leadership and ongoing training ✔ Opportunities for growth within the company ✔ Positive, team-oriented environment ✔ Monthly employee appreciation and incentives ✔ A role where the work you do truly matters
Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
