- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — $20/hour : High school diploma or equivalent required; RBT certification or willingness to complete training preferred.
- Behavior Intervention Technician (BIT) — $18/hour : Ideal for college students or recent graduates in human services-related fields with supervised experience working with children.
- Behavior Intervention Specialist (BIS) — $23/hour : Requires Idaho certification or a bachelor's degree in human services plus qualifying experience and ABA training.
- Behavior Intervention Professional (BIP) — $28/hour : Requires a master's degree or higher in a related field plus advanced training and experience in behavioral therapy.
- Community Based Support Staff (CBS) — $15-$17/hour : Must be at least 18 and able to support children in community settings through age-appropriate skill building and participation. What you'll do
- Provide positive, client-centered behavioral support using individualized intervention plans
- Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals
- Document session progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in training and ongoing professional development
