Overview:
As part of both our educator support teams, you will have the unique opportunity to showcase your expertise. You will play a pivotal role in empowering educators to understand functions of behavior and how to implement research-based interventions practically and effectively. Your work will directly contribute to improving the lives of those you coach and the students they support. Plus, you have the opportunity to meet many amazing people along the way!
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Licensed Behavior Analyst certification in the state of Illinois (or willingness to obtain) required Experience in the school setting as either a former teacher or former paraprofessional required Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences Finds joy in communicating and collaborating with other adults Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Resilience and commitment towards your role and responsibilities to present high-quality

: Use applied behavioral analysis to tailor our comprehensive workshop content to meet the needs of participants and optimize participant engagement, knowledge retention and skill acquisition. Foster a collaborative and interactive learning environment that encourages active participation and skill development. Drive to districts throughout
Illinois In-School BCBA Consultant:
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to school staff to facilitate the successful implementation of behavior intervention strategies. Conduct functional behavior assessments, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize student outcomes and coach school teams on function-based recommendations for individual student needs. $72,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
