Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst About the Position Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time opportunity during the 2026-2027 school year. This education industry position will support high school and transition-aged students in a collaborative school setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with students who have complex learning and behavioral needs, while utilizing assistive technology to enhance student success and independence. This is a full-time, onsite position with a schedule of 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. The assignment will involve supporting secondary and transition-aged populations within a school-based environment. Compensation is estimated between $45 and $60 per hour, with final rates dependent upon experience and qualifications. Responsibilities The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and provide ongoing consultation to educational staff. Responsibilities also include monitoring student progress, analyzing behavioral data, and implementing evidence-based strategies that promote positive outcomes. The selected professional will collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, administrators, and families to ensure students receive comprehensive behavioral support. Requirements Applicants must hold current BCBA certification and have experience supporting students with significant and complex needs. Prior experience with assistive technology and transition-aged populations is strongly preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. A Professional Educator License (PEL) is not required for this opportunity.
