We're looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are caring, reliable, and excited to help children reach their full potential through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Position Details Job Type:

Part-time/or full time hours

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience)

Location:

In-person sessions at our center and in-home (within 5-mile radius)

What You'll Do:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Follow behavior and treatment plans created by a BCBA Track progress and behaviors during sessions Support communication, social, and life skill development Collaborate with families and team members Maintain RBT standards and professional ethics

What We're Looking For:

RBT certification required High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Experience with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication and people skills Reliable transportation

Schedule:
