- innovation, compassion and professional growth are at the heart of our work What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Design and oversee ethical, data-driven ABA programs Provide services across home, school, clinic and community settings Supervise and mentor registered behavior technicians and two BCBA fieldwork students to ensure high-quality care Collaborate with families, educators and community leaders to generalize skills Monitor progress, ensure compliance and uphold client dignity Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a culture of excellence Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (or eligibility) Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education or a related field At least five years of ABA experience, including supervisory experience Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to commute to our Chicago clinic Preferred Experience supervising BCBA fieldwork students Comfort working in diverse settings (home, school, clinic, community) and with a diverse team Interest or experience in naturalistic learning and the Feuerstein approach
