  • Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. Eyas Landing
  • Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy , a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder , and other neurodiverse needs.

  • Avondale , you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing caregiver coaching and support Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers
CompensationBenefits Competitive Total Compensation:
$98,000-113,000 which includes: $7,500
Sign-On Bonus Base Salary:
$74,000
