We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in the Chicagoland area. Position Summary The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA. This role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting accurate session data, collaborating with caregivers, and supporting skill development in home, clinic, school, and community settings. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA Provide direct 1:1 therapy services Collect and record accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data Maintain professionalism and positive communication with families and team members Assist with behavior reduction and skill-building programs Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings Follow all ethical and confidentiality standards Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner Qualifications Required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass background checks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively
