In this role, you will provide direct behavioral support services to individuals in assisted living, nursing home, and home care settings , with a strong focus on supporting clients with dementia and Alzheimer's care needs . You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. This position is ideal for an RBT with experience in senior care, behavioral health, and team leadership who is passionate about improving quality of life and making a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision Provide behavioral support tailored to individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's Assist with medication administration in accordance with physician orders and organizational policies (as permitted by state regulations) Collect, track, and document behavioral data accurately for ongoing assessment and treatment planning Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, review, and update individualized care plans Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments Supervise, mentor, and support junior staff or care aides to ensure consistent service delivery Maintain a safe and supportive environment by identifying risks and following safety protocols Requirements & Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, home care, or senior care settings (preferred) Experience supervising or training care staff is a plus Strong organizational and documentation skills Leadership abilities with a proactive, team-oriented approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compassionate, patient-centered mindset with a commitment to improving client outcomes Why Join Us?
