Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Previous experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing intervention plans in educational or pediatric settings preferred Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized intervention plans Provide consultation and direct support to staff, students, and families Monitor, evaluate, and adjust interventions based on student progress Train and coach educators and paraprofessionals on effective behavioral strategies Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with applicable guidelines and standards
