Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a contract opportunity supporting K-12 students across a broad area in central Illinois for the 2026-2027 school year. We're looking for three Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality behavioral services in educational settings. With full-time hours available (37.5 per week) and the flexibility to consider part-time availability, these roles offer a dynamic environment and the chance to work either in one community or across several districts in an itinerant capacity.
Openings include:
One BCBA for East Aurora One BCBA serving Algonquin, Carpentersville, and Hampshire One BCBA working itinerantly in several districts Your contribution will help shape positive outcomes for students of all ages, from kindergarten through high school, supporting their behavioral and educational development from August 3rd, 2026, through May 21st, 2027.
Qualifications:
National BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) IDFPR Behavior Analyst Certification for Illinois PEL not required Previous experience in schools or K-12 settings is preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to making a measurable difference in student success
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative behavioral analysis services to students Develop and oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members Supervise and train school staff on behavioral strategies Maintain compliant and accurate documentation in accordance with regulations Competitive hourly rates are on offer, ranging from $45.75 to $58.75, depending on experience and assignment.
