$21.00•25.00 per hour Are you passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and eager to make a meaningful impact? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! In this role, you will work one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. About the Role As an RBT, you will deliver individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and help develop essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record accurate session data Support the achievement of skill development and behavior-reduction goals Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with clients and families Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to ABA and special education Qualifications Current RBT Certification (preferred) Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred) Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required) Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred) Educational background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial) What We Offer Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification Consistent daytime schedule (Monday-Sunday) Career growth opportunities within a supportive organization Ongoing training and supervision from experienced BCBAs Company-provided iPad Background Check All candidates must pass a background check.
