Starting at $100,000+ annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications) What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and evaluations Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Design and oversee evidence-based ABA treatment programs Provide direct behavior analysis services, including assessment, treatment planning, and clinical oversight Analyze clinical data and adjust intervention strategies based on client progress Train, mentor, and supervise behavior technicians and clinical team members Conduct parent and caregiver training to support consistency across environments Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure quality care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and BACB ethical standards What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, and intervention strategies Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools and behavior analytic methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to think critically and adapt in dynamic clinical situations Current CPR and First Aid certifications Why Join Already Autism Health?
