Primary Responsibilities:
Assessment and treatment plan development Clinical Programming (challenging behavior management, skill acquisition, and data collection strategies) On-going evaluation of caregiver/client progress Report writing Conduct regular in-home team clinic meetings with the Therapist(s) and caregiver(s) Provide direct intervention services to clients, as needed Provide training and on-going support to caregivers and staff Must be able to drive to clients up to 30 miles away Qualifications MA/MS in Psychology, Education, Special Education or any other related area of study from an accredited institution BCBA Certification completed 3 + years experience with individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities and mental health disorders Experience with severely challenging behaviors and the design and implementation of related assessment and intervention strategies Excellent management and clinical skills Mastery of ABA principles, theory, methods and evidence-based practices Knowledge of effective practice, clinical decision making, outcomes-based intervention, and areas of practice specific to developmental disorders Experience working in collaboration with Regional Centers, School Districts, and other agencies extremely valued Bilingual skills valued and are highly encouraged to apply Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation Proper background check Additional Information This job will be an in-clinic position.
