Work Setting:
Residential and Community-Based Services Schedule:
Typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility based on client needs
Pay:
Starting at $85,000 annually Overview Avento Health has partnered with a nonprofit organization serving individuals with developmental and related disabilities to identify a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time opportunity in Moline, Illinois. This role offers meaningful clinical work in residential and community settings with flexibility, strong mission alignment, and no set minimum billable hours requirement. The BCBA will support individuals in home and community environments while collaborating with direct care staff, guardians, and interdisciplinary team members. Responsibilities Develop, update, and oversee Behavior Support Programs and related clinical documentation Complete behavioral assessments, functional behavior analyses, risk assessments, and monthly notes Provide supervision and behavioral guidance aligned with BCBA standards Train and support direct care staff on behavior intervention strategies and individualized plans Monitor implementation quality, documentation accuracy, and opportunities for retraining Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with internal teams, guardians, and outside providers Respond to phone-based on-call needs as required Provide services in homes, community settings, and other client environments as needed Required Qualifications Active BCBA certification through the BACB Ability to provide supervision Experience with behavior assessments, intervention planning, and staff support Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community-based work Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential, community-based, or developmental disabilities settings Experience training direct support staff or interdisciplinary teams Comfort working independently across multiple service environments Skills Behavior assessment and analysis Behavior support planning Staff training and supervision Clinical documentation Interdisciplinary collaboration Community-based service delivery Benefits Eligible employees have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical plan options, dental insurance, vision insurance, telemedicine and virtual mental health access, prescription benefits, long-term disability coverage for eligible full-time employees, employer-paid life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance for eligible employees, and voluntary life coverage options.
