Job Summary As an RBT/ABA Therapist, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism and developmental delays. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to teach communication, social skills, daily living skills, and independence. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing careers in psychology, education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health, or anyone passionate about working with neurodiverse children. Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, or community environments Implement behavior intervention strategies developed by the BCBA Collect and record accurate session data using ABA best practices Support clients in building communication, social, play, and adaptive living skills Encourage positive behaviors using reinforcement-based ABA principles Collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote consistency Participate in mandatory training, team meetings, and RBT professional development Follow ethical, confidentiality, and safety standards as defined by the BACB Qualifications Active RBT certification (preferred) — or willingness to complete RBT training Experience with autism, special needs, education, childcare, or behavior support is a plus Strong communication skills; patient, reliable, and compassionate Ability to work independently while following ABA treatment protocols Must pass background requirements Job Type Part-Time (with potential to expand into full-time ABA therapy hours) Pay $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Based on certification, experience, and availability.
