In this energetic and rewarding position, you will implement individualized care plans, support skill development, and foster positive behavior change. Your dedication will help empower clients to reach their full potential while working in a collaborative, supportive environment that values your growth and commitment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. Duties Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to support clients' developmental goals. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and other self-care routines, fostering independence. Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions to inform ongoing care plans. Support teaching sessions by reinforcing skills across communication, social interaction, and adaptive behaviors tailored to each client's needs. Collaborate with supervising clinicians and team members to develop, review, and update individualized care plans and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and care plan development is advantageous. Strong data collection skills to monitor progress effectively and adapt interventions accordingly. Previous exposure to special education environments or behavioral health settings will support success in this role. A compassionate attitude combined with excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and team members. Join us in creating a positive impact through dedicated care, innovative strategies, and unwavering support!
