Your Experience & Education:
High School or Associate's Degree:
$17.00 - $23.00 per hour Master's Degree (ABA, Psychology, Special Education): $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. Eligibility to participate in the Shared Success Bonus Plan, with quarterly bonuses being paid after you obtain your RBT certification.
