Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Travel A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a travel position working within school settings based in Rantoul, IL. This role offers the opportunity to apply behavioral analysis principles to support students' educational and developmental goals across various schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based strategies. Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans accordingly. Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques. Qualifications:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience working in school environments preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Ability to travel to multiple school locations as assigned. Location:
Assignment based in and around Rantoul, IL, with travel required to various schools in the area.
