At BASES, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with autism by providing ethical and effective treatment through personalized ABA therapy. Offering a flexible schedule, collaborating with staff who enjoy coming to work along with the opportunity to help make an impactful difference, we would love for you to consider joining our team! BCBA Responsibilities Provide BCBA supervision to children and young adults (ages 2-21) diagnosed with autism. Make appropriate data-driven adjustments to clients' individualized treatment plans for optimal progress. Complete documentation in a prompt manner to reflect any and all session and observation notes, in addition to assessments and individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with pertinent team members to comprehend and compile the most accurate information prior to training all care givers. Provide Behavior Skills Training (BST) for all therapists on each child's team Maintain all billing requirements as required by insurance, including documenting session notes and verifying start/end times. BCBA Requirements Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education or related field. Students who have completed graduate coursework in addition to the fieldwork supervision requirements are still encouraged to apply. Maintain an active BCBA Certification and be licensed to work in Illinois 2+ years working directly with children diagnosed with autism and/or intellectual/developmental delays Supervisory experience with RBTs/Behavior Technicians (preferred) Ability to complete all required training within first month of employment Possession of a valid driver's license with dependable means of transportation License/Certification Board Certified Behavioral Analyst License (BCBA)
