Flexible scheduling within 7:00 AM•7:00 PM About the Role Are you passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and ready to make a meaningful impact? We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our growing team and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to children and families. What You'll Do As a BCBA or BCaBA on our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Providing direct support, parent training, and family guidance Facilitating and supporting social skills groups Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care plans Maintaining accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health What You Bring We're looking for team members who are not only qualified but genuinely care about the individuals and families they serve. Active BCBA or BCaBA certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Experience working with children or individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities Ability to pass a background check (as required by funding sources) Required Experience Parent training and caregiver collaboration Experience across multiple service settings: In-home Clinic-based School-based Early intervention experience (ages 2-6) Experience supporting high-acuity clients (e.g., teens with severe or aggressive behaviors) Experience facilitating or supporting social skills groups Skills & Attributes Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and committed to client-centered care Ability to collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams Reliable transportation (for travel between client locations, if applicable) Active CPR certification (or willingness to obtain — support provided) Physical ability to work directly with children (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, sitting on the floor, etc.) Why Join Us?
