Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster meaningful progress, independence, and improved quality of life for your clients. Duties Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions based on established care plans and behavior management strategies Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting, promoting independence Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising clinicians to reduce problematic behaviors and teach new skills Support clients in educational settings by applying teaching techniques tailored to their developmental needs Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards Collaborate with team members, caregivers, and educators to ensure consistency in care and reinforce positive behaviors Requirements Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification upon hire; experience in behavioral therapy is preferred Demonstrated experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, behavior management techniques, and data collection methods Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavioral health strategies effectively Strong understanding of medical terminology, documentation practices, and HIPAA compliance standards Compassionate attitude with excellent patience, communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others thrive Prior experience in special education or teaching environments is a plus but not required Join us in creating a supportive environment where every individual can reach their full potential! Pay:
$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
