Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00

August 17, 2026 Make an Impact Where It Matters Most We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA ) to support a diverse K-22 student population in a dynamic school environment. In this role, you will serve as both a clinician and educator-guiding staff, shaping behavioral programming, and directly improving student outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate not only about student success, but also about developing and mentoring others. Key Responsibilities + Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive behavioral evaluations + Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) + Provide ongoing consultation, training, and support to school staff + Supervise 2-3 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) + Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming based on evidence + Model best practices in behavior support and instructional strategies + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes + Lead and support crisis prevention strategies ( CPI experience highly valued) Caseload Details +

Approximately 175 students +
Age Range:
3rd grade through age 22 +
Student Needs:
Intellectual disabilities with a range of secondary disabilities +
Support Structure:
Supervision of 2-3
RBTs Qualifications Required:
+ Current BCBA certification ( BACB ) + Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field + Ability to design and implement behavioral programs and collect/analyze data + Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills + Compliance with all professional, state, and federal requirements + Minimum age: 18
Preferred:
