Job Description

Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through behavioral health and therapy. As an RBT, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to implement personalized behavior intervention plans. Your energetic approach will help foster meaningful progress in clients' communication, social skills, and daily living activities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact while gaining valuable experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and special education. Job Type Full time (40 hours)
Timings :
Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00
PM Pay:
$20 -$26 per hour. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other licensed professional Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene routines Use behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behaviors and manage challenging behaviors effectively Support clients during teaching sessions by reinforcing skills in communication, social interaction, and self-care Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavior records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with team members to develop and update care plans tailored to each client's needs Qualifications Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligibility to obtain the certification. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and special education principles Ability to collect detailed data accurately and maintain thorough behavioral records Strong understanding of ABA terminology relevant to behavioral health settings Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA standards Join us in creating a supportive environment where every individual can thrive!
