At Great Heights, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and professional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to every client and family we serve. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values quality, professionalism, and compassion in every aspect of their work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and will take pride in developing meaningful programs that drive measurable progress. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Key Responsibilities Develop Individualized Treatment Plans Conduct assessments and design treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs, collaborating closely with families to ensure meaningful, measurable outcomes. Implement and Monitor Interventions Use evidence-based ABA strategies to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Collect and analyze data to ensure treatment effectiveness and sustainability of progress. Review ongoing data to assess client progress, modifying treatment plans and interventions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. Provide leadership and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring treatment integrity and professional development. Maintain clear and compassionate communication with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support client success. Physical RequirementsThis position requires participation in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training provided by Great Heights. This training involves physical components and requires average physical fitness. Openings in both our Fort Wayne and Auburn locations.
