Our clinic setting offers daily communication, hands‑on support, and a collaborative environment led by 8 in‑clinic BCBAs, experienced team leads, mentors, and admin staff, many of whom started as RBTs themselves. Sign-On Bonuses $2,000 if you're a credentialed RBT $500 for non-RBTs Opportunity for a pay increase at your 90‑day evaluation No degree or RBT experience is required; we pay for 40-hour modules and help you earn your RBT credential. This role is a great fit for teachers, classroom aides, DSPs, mental health techs, childcare workers, and anyone passionate about helping kids grow. This job is active and hands‑on. You'll be engaging with energetic kids, moving with purpose, and adapting to their needs throughout the day. Behavior Technicians provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, with learning delays, or with challenging behaviors. You'll implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to help children build skills in: Communication Academics Daily living skills Social skills You'll also follow behavior reduction protocols, collect data, and maintain professional communication with families, all while receiving ongoing support from our clinical team.
