We're on the lookout for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is not just clinically excellent, but also values collaboration, mentorship, and a warm, supportive work environment. Full-time BCBAs manage 5-8 clients per week (20-30 hours) so you can focus on what matters client care.

Signing Bonus What You'll Do:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs). Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs. Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15-20% of their hours). Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations. Contribute to a positive, solution oriented team culture.
What We're Looking For:
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the
BACB. IN LBA
license (or ability to obtain within 30 days). Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation. Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis. Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset. Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards. Passion for helping children and families live their best lives.
